The property overwintered well and with no frost in the ground, we are off to a great start to the season! We are ahead of schedule and the pins will be in on Friday. We do still have a fair amount of spring cleanup and it will take a few weeks to pick up after all the winter wind storms.
The greens, tees, and fairways are breaking out of dormancy and I am very pleased with how the turfgrass looks for this time of year. The greens were mowed and rolled and they feel pretty firm.

The sod surrounding the 9th bunkers is immature and it will remain as ground under repair until the end of April. So please take a free drop at the nearest point of relief. The bunker sand will be added in the coming weeks and it will be open for play by the end of this month.

We have a number of great course improvements planned for this spring which I will update all of you as they progress.
This is a brand new blogging website so please be patient as I build out and adjust to all of the new settings. See you out on the course soon!
